In a previous PR (#37278), the dependencies for benchmarks were moved to a subdirectory.
This ensures the same is done for other packages using `rimraf` which means we can remove it from the root package.json
Previously our CLI assumed that when using an `--example` flag, the example contains a `package.json` file. There are examples though, like `with-docker-compose` which does not have one. In that case, we can simply clone the directory and show a success message.

In a follow-up PR, we can try to detect if an example contains a README.md file only, and if the example was moved, we could either try getting it from the new location or at least show a better message. (Eg.: using a magic comment that we can parse)

`yarn dev` failed (exit 1) on Node.js 17 & Node.js 18:

The issue was reported to `@vercel/ncc` (https://github.com/vercel/ncc/issues/805) and fixed by https://github.com/vercel/ncc/pull/868, and `@vercel/ncc@0.33.2` includes the fix. However, Next.js still uses `@vercel/ncc@0.33.1` in `devDependencies`.
The PR bump `@vercel/ncc` to the latest version (which is 0.33.4).

It is inefficient to use multiple console.log satements, and if something is logged to the console in the middle of execution, it will be in the center of the text, making it hard to read.
This pull request merges multiple console.logs into one.
In addition, it reduces the bundle size.

Small copy-paste mistake with the readme of create-next-app on the steps for using PNPM to execute.

This PR updates the docs and examples for `create-next-app` to include pnpm usage.
The following script was used to update every example README:

This fixes our package manager detection which was changed slightly in https://github.com/vercel/next.js/pull/34947 for `pnpm` support to ensure the default case still attempts detecting the available package manager if no preference is specified in the command args. This also adds a test case to ensure the install succeeds when we fail to detect a valid `yarn` binary and no preference is set via the `npm_config_user_agent` env variable.
