Fix reading edge info for app paths (#41163)
This fixes the build failing due to attempting to read `edgeInfo` that
wasn't present from using the wrong key to look up the manifest entry.
Regression test added by enabling `experimental-edge` on a page that was
failing to be looked up.

Update minimum required Node.js version to v14 (#41150)
As discussed this updates our required minimum Node.js version to `v14` as `v12` is no longer being maintained. Since our targets for babel and swc already target the actively used Node.js version no change has been made there.

add attribution to web vitals (#39368)
This commit implements the main proposal presented in
https://github.com/vercel/next.js/issues/39241
to add attribution to web vitals.

Attribution adds more specific debugging info to web vitals,
for example in the case of Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS),
we might want to know
> What's the first element that shifted when the single largest layout shift occurred?

on in the case of Largest Contentful Paint (LCP),
> What's the element corresponding to the LCP for the page?
> If it is an image, what's the URL of the image resource?

Attribution is *disabled* by default because it could potentially
generate a lot data and overwhelm the RUM backend.
It is enabled *per metric* (LCP, FCP, CLS, etc)

As part of this change, `web-vitals` has been upgraded to v3.0.0
This version contains minor bug fixes, please see changelog at
9fe3cc02c8

chore(examples): refresh cms-prismic example (#40121)
## Documentation / Examples

- [ ] Make sure the linting passes by running `pnpm lint`
- [x] The examples guidelines are followed from [our contributing
doc](https://github.com/vercel/next.js/blob/canary/contributing.md#adding-examples)

**Note**: `pnpm lint` fails on code unrelated to the changes in this PR.

This PR updates the [Prismic](https://prismic.io/) CMS example
(`examples/cms-prismic`) to use the latest Prismic libraries, tools, and
conventions.

- Uses `npx @slicemachine/init` to bootstrap new Prismic accounts and
content repositories.

- Uses [Slice
Machine](https://prismic.io/docs/technologies/slice-machine) to model
content.

- Uses [Slices](https://prismic.io/docs/technologies/slice) to write
post content.

- Uses the latest versions of the following packages:

  - `@prismicio/client`
  - `@prismicio/helpers`
  - `@prismicio/react`
  - `@prismicio/next`

- Adds generated TypeScript types for Prismic content. The example
remains as a JavaScript codebase (i.e. not TypeScript), but makes use of
the types via JSDoc.

build(next/swc): consolidate swc_core dependency version (#41043)

This PR utilizes cargo's new feature from latest release (1.64.0),
inheriting dependency from a workspace.

In short, top-level workspace cargo manifest can specify a version of
dependency to use, then actual packages uses it without re-declaring
version per each via workspace = true. This will help to dedupe
different versions of packages, also potentially avoid conflicts if
forgot to bump up specific versions.

In this pr only touches swc_core, which is a base dependency we use in
several place. One another benefit for this is bump up PR can be lot
more simplified, only need to update single Cargo.toml when we bump up.

Note rust-toolchain has updated to use nightly version after 1.64.0 to
enable this.
