### What?
This PR introduces a new `--tailwind` flag to the `create-next-app` CLI,
to make it easier to bootstrap a Next.js app with Tailwind CSS
pre-configured. This is going to be the **default**. To opt-out of
Tailwind CSS, you can use the `--no-tailwind` flag.
### Why?
Tailwind CSS is one of the most popular styling solutions right now, and
we would like to make it easier to get started.
Currently, the closest you can come to this is by running `pnpm create
next-app -e with-tailwindcss` which will clone the
https://github.com/vercel/next.js/tree/canary/examples/with-tailwindcss
example. But that example is not configured for the App Router. This PR
will let you add Tailwind CSS to both `app/`, `pages/`, and start out
with TypeScript or JavaScript via the CLI prompts.

> Note: The styling is not pixel-perfect compared to the current
templates (using CSS modules) to require fewer overrides, but I tried to

#### For reviewers
This introduces 4 new templates, with a very similar code base to the
original ones. To keep the PR focused, I decided to copy over duplicate
code, but we could potentially create a shared folder for files that are
the same across templates to somewhat reduce the CLI size. Not sure if
it's worth it, let me know. Probably fine for now, but something to
consider if we are adding more permutations in the future.

updated zustand example to 4.3.6
changed out zustand's deprecated methods (createContext, create)
converted the example to typescript
## Why
zustand's example in nextjs repo is for zustand v3 which is quite
different to how things are done in v4, it was also in javascript.
back when when I started to use zustand in my nextjs app, this example
helped me a lot and now, I wanna do the same for devs that come here to
see how they can integrate next and zustand.

We want to make sure that our examples are not breaking.
We don't want to be slowed down by broken 3rd party packages, but we
need to ensure that examples covering next.js features are always green.
Added as a standalone workflow that doesn't parallelize. It will just
run on a cron schedule, so we can check for current status. We can add
Slack ping later if we need to.
The workflow tests just that our examples can build, so mostly TS
issues. We could definitely follow up with actual tests, but that is not
as low-hanging.

This PR adds a `getTracer` API to Next.js that uses the `otel/api` under
the hood to provide Next.js level instrumentation through Open
Telemetry.
This also adds an example `with-opentelemetry` to demonstrate how it can
be used, assuming you have a collector.
This allows most notably to have `getServerSideProps` and `fetch` calls
inside Server Components traced.

This adds `loader-runner` to the compiled packages distributed with
Next.js
This is a dependency of Turbopack's webpack loader support. Currently,
users have to manually install `loader-runner` in their application to
use webpack loaders with Turbopack. This will allow Turbopack to require
loader-runner from within the installed version of Next.js instead.

First of all thanks for this amazing project and all the help you
provide with these examples.
It seems there is code duplication in this example. After some tests
locally seem to _document.js is not necessary for `gtag` to work
properly.

1. The `event` hashChangeComplete should be removed since `/home` and
`/home/#section` is not new pageview, but just reference to the same
page.
If we go from /home to /home/#section (with a button click or a link for
example) this shouldn't trigger a new page visit on `gtag`.
For this reason, I think we should revert the changes from
https://github.com/vercel/next.js/pull/36079. If there is a better
argument of why this should stay I am also open to creating comments to
clarify this on the example since I don't think should be the default
behavior and not useful in most cases.
2. The `id="gtag-init"` was added with no context to the example from
https://github.com/vercel/next.js/pull/29530
If there is a reason for this id in the script to existing I am open to
adding a comment that clarifies this since in my experience is not
necessary at all.

I was updating one of my old next.js v3 apps to v13, and decided to play
around with RTK. Using the with-redux example sort of sets users up for
some weird typing issues as mentioned here:

I found that github issue _after_ reading through all the official RTK x
TS docs, and it seems it could have all been avoided with stricter
typing. I'm hoping RTK can add this bit to their docs soon.
The version spec for [convex](https://www.npmjs.com/package/convex) in the convex example was `latest`, which meant developers who created a project with this example during the period of time between a new convex release with non-back compatible changes and an update to the demo in this repo would have broken projects. For less stress all around, let's pin the version here!

Adds support for rendering MDX as a Server Component.
The main reason a MDX file couldn't be rendered as a Server Component is
that `@mdx-js/react` has a legacy/deprecated context setup in the file.
Because of calling `React.createContext` the MDX file couldn't be a
Server Component.
I've added support for a special file `mdx-components.tsx` (or `.js`) at
the root of the project (can be `src` dir too).
By using mdx-components you don't need a global context provider which
in turn makes MDX compatible to be rendered as a Server Component.
Note: this changes `@next/mdx` to add support for that file so it has to
be landed first before the example works.

If there is an unauthorised error during `getServerSideProps`, then we
return the same response as the try refresh token error so that all
cookies are cleared from the frontend due to refreshing failure.
If we did not do this, it would cause an infinite loop if the session
was removed in offline mode as the frontend would still think that the
session exists, and would redirect back to the protected route which
would fail verification again.

Next.js 13 will require React 18.

AFAICT, next.js doesn't yet support `type: "module"` in root `package.json`, so I added a nested `package.json` for Temporal.

### 📖 What's in there?
Middleware matchers are powerful, but very few people realized it, because they are not really documented.
This PR tries to bring more clarity, and includes a more advanced example.
The example shows how to exclude several pages (no `/static`, no `/public`), but also allow specific page in excluded paths (`/public/disclaimer`)
### 🧪 How to test?
Run the example: `pnpm next dev examples/middleware-matcher`, then browse to http://localhost:3000
The first 3 links should not match, the last 3 ones should.
Don't forget to clear your localhost cookies if you change the middleware code.
### 🆙 Note to reviewers
Using session cookies to pass information from middleware to the rendered page is not great, because `document.cookie` is not available during SSR, and because cookies persist when refreshing the page (making it hard to try different matchers)
However, I couldn't find a simpler way to convey the information from the middleware to the page, and I meant to have something visual. The other option is to use response headers and curl commands, but...

Typescript published 4.8.2 today and it fails CI, bump our typescript version to 4.8.2 and tweak some typings to make existing e2e typescript tests work properly
* Bump web-vitals from 3.0.0-beta to 3.0.0 stable for typing fix (there's an undefined type but it wasn't caught by ts 4.7), also force compiled it as CJS for pre-compiled
* Bump ncc to 3.34.0 for ts-loader compatibility for new typescript version, ncc 3.33.x cannot work with ts 4.8
* Update pre-compiled
the directory `/app/.next/standalone` already contains a copy of the package.json so we can skip copying it before we copy the standalone dir

This is a followup to #39562 because I realized I made a few mistakes.
Remove convex.json file. Developers using the example should generate this on their own by running npx convex init.
Switch prettier to a dev dependency.
Ignore formatting in Convex generated code while running lint-staged and revert them back to the default generated form (I previously was only ignoring generated code in the main .prettierignore)

This makes a few changes to the Convex example app.
We're using this example app in the Convex quick start (https://docs.convex.dev/quick-start), so I want to make sure we're setting new users up for success.
Upgrade to the newest version of Convex (includes adding a tsconfig.json for Convex functions)
Switch to pinning Convex to latest
Check in generated code so the example will make more sense to users browsing on GitHub or before they regenerate the code. This required ignoring it in the global .prettierignore

This PR updates the cms-sanity example to:
- Deploy to Vercel with the [Sanity Vercel Integration](https://www.sanity.io/docs/vercel-integration) by default.
- You can still opt-out of using the Sanity Vercel Integration, clicking `You can also set up manually` gives you all the information you need.
- The blog itself is updated so it's much more resilient to missing data, and is setup to set `revalidate: 60` until you have a On-demand Revalidation webhook setup.
- Preview Mode is now enabled on the frontpage as well.
- The Sanity client setup, and webhook validation, are updated to follow our current best practices.

The 'with-static-export' example is very useful but, if a developer wants to use TypeScript, converting it is nontrivial. There are some gotchas in the GetStaticProps/GetStaticPaths functions. This example should help jumpstart TS development for sites static generation.

The commit 0a781dd675 changes the docker examples to use `if..elif..else`
it is working fine tor the `with-docker` example, but not working for the `with-docker-compose` and `with-docker-multi-env` examples due to a missing semicolon.

This relates to a bug from issue #38957 found inside of the `with-cypress` example as a result of the recent typescript conversion. This issue can be resolved with adding `export {};` which prevents TypeScript from reading `.ts` configuration files from being read as legacy script files. This issue has been resolved on StackOverflow [here](https://stackoverflow.com/questions/56577201/why-is-isolatedmodules-error-fixed-by-any-import). Ignoring files in `convex/_generated/` was a mistake: it's not the currently recommended workflow. Developers should be able to deploy just their frontend without deploying the most recent backend functions at the same time (which would regenerate these files). With this change, a default deploy to Vercel will no longer fail.
