Clean up package.json files in the `examples` directory:
- Add `private: true`
- Remove `version` (because they are irrelevant for packages that are not meant to be published)
- Remove `name` (because they are optional for packages that are not meant to be published, and when someone clones an example, they often rename it and the property becomes stale)
- Remove `author`
- Remove `description`
- Remove `license`
Also remove `with-dynamic-app-layout` example completely, since it does the same as `layout-component` (https://github.com/vercel/next.js/pull/27121#discussion_r668178408).

[With next 11 requiring react 17](https://nextjs.org/blog/next-11#upgrade-guide), most of the examples
need to be updated, so the following snippet updated all the examples to
a compatible react version.

Some time ago I used the `with-grommet` example to start a project and I ran into some issues because of the styled-components version. I tried to use some new features and it didn't work as I expected, then I noticed the styled-component version was the `v4`. When I bumped the version it started to work. I am bumping all the styled-components versions on examples because some people may run into the same issue.

The with-rebass example was using an outdate version of rebass(v1) which was throwing all sorts of deprecated warnings in the terminal, I've bumped up the version to the latest(v4) and made necessary changes to index.js page to keep it working.
If there is any issue, or some additional work needed, I am absolutely open to help.
Love the next.js framework and work you guys are doing ✌.

**What's the problem this PR addresses?**
A decent amount of the examples don't have a `name` field in `package.json` that matches their folder name, meaning they either lack a name or the names are duplicated.
I was testing Yarn 2 workspaces using the entire examples directory and needed to get rid of the duplicates.
**How did you fix it?**
Updated the names to match the names of their folders
I wrote a [script](https://github.com/j0lv3r4/dependency-version-updater) to update dependencies recursively in `package.json` files, e.g.:
```
$ node index.js --path="./examples" --dependencies="react=^16.7.0,react-dom=^16.7.0"
```
This PR contains the result against the examples folder.
