de-flake interception-route-prefetch-cache test (#66854)
All deployed apps looked/worked fine -- I think just weren't handling
the timing right in this test. When replaying locally, it seemed the
browser was clicking the various links pre-hydration and missing the
route interception cue.

Fix test flake (#62379)
This onClick isn't actually being used by the test and seems to be
causing a flake unrelated to the test assertions. This removes the
unused code for now so we can still keep the relevant part of the test
in-tact. (Specifically, this test is asserting that we're using the
correct prefetch cache entry for interception routes that originate from
different trees but resolve to the same URL)

refactor(tests): make chain more "correct" (#51728)
### Why?

I really dislike the way `.chain` works right now, it shouldn't mutate
the `BrowserInterface`, this PR changes it so it's just a pure chain
without weird side effects.

One example with the current version (before this PR):
```
const el = browser.elementByCss('#version-2')
await el.text()
// throws
await el.text()
```

### Additional Changes

- removes selenium (which is completely unused)
- updates playwright
- makes the playwright tracing not error all the time

provide interception rewrites to edge runtime (#61414)
In #61794, the routes manifest is used to find the interception route rewrites in `next-server` and computed on the fly in `next-dev-server` based on `appPaths`.

The edge runtime doesn't have access to the routes manifest nor a full list of app paths. This writes an entry for the edge runtime to make the interception routes readable, and adds plumbing to return them in the `getInterceptionRouteRewrites` handling in `web-server`. This is what we use to signal to the server whether to return ‘Next-URL’ in the Vary for RSC requests. 

This piggybacks on the existing interception routes test but adds an edge runtime case.

disable static generation on interception routes (#61004)
### What & Why?
Interception routes depend on contextual information that are provided
via request headers. Specifically it needs to know about the
`Next-Router-State-Tree` when generating the interception route RSC
data, which isn't available at build time. This doesn't currently cause
any usage issues, but it erroneously emits static files & RSC payloads
that the client router won't be able to use and will instead fallback to
a dynamic request.

I removed some special case in an existing test since this fix also
resolves a discrepancy in behavior when PPR is turned on

### How?
This excludes interception routes from `appStaticPaths` at builds which
currently determines which pages should be statically generated.

fix router prefetch cache key to work with route interception (#59861)
### What?
When handling route interception in two different segments but handled
by the same interception route, the first interception will show the
correct component but attempting the same interception on another
segment will return elements from the first request, not the second.

### Why?
Prefetch cache entries are created from the browser URL. However, route
interception makes use of `nextUrl` to mask the underlying components
that are being fetched from the server to handle the request

Consider the following scenario:

```
app
   foo
     @modal
       (...)post
         [id]
   bar
     @modal
       (...post)
         [id]
   post
     [id]
     
```
If you trigger an interception on `/foo`, your URL is going to be masked
to `/post/1` and keyed as such in the prefetch cache. However, the cache
entry is actually associated with `app/foo/@modal/(...post)/[id]`. That
means when you trigger the same interception on `/bar`, it will return
the tree from `/foo`.

### How?
This PR will prefix the prefetch cache key with `state.nextUrl` when
necessary.
