### Reason for making this change
https://yarnpkg.com/getting-started/qa#:~:text=yarn%2Finstall%2Dstate.,your%20workspaces%20all%20over%20again.
In the official documentation of `yarn`, it is stated that `.yarn/install-state.gz` is an optimization file that developer shouldn't ever have to commit. However, currently, when running `create-next-app`, `.yarn/install-state.gz` is being commited.
### Remaining work
I apologize for only modifying one template initially to initiate the discussion first.
If this change is agreed upon, it should be synchronized with other `.gitignore` templates. Would it be possible to follow a similar approach as in https://github.com/vercel/next.js/pull/47241? I would appreciate any assistance in syncing this change.
Updates the `with-storybook` example to be the example located in [`vercel/vercel`](https://github.com/vercel/vercel/tree/main/examples/storybook).
The motivation for this change is that we now have better support for storybook. It is now treated as its own framework and so users can specify the `storybook` framework as well as custom build command `build-storybook` in order to get near zero-config support 🌟

I added ` *.tsbuildinfo` to gitignores of examples that use typescript and don't already have it. By use typescript I mean have `tsconfig` somewhere in their directory tree.
I used the following script to update the files:
```bash
#!/bin/bash
set -eou pipefail
cd examples
examples=`git ls-files . | grep tsconfig | xargs dirname | grep -v "/"`
for example in $examples; do
if ! grep -q tsbuildinfo $example/.gitignore; then
gitignore="$example/.gitignore"
echo $gitignore
tail -c1 $gitignore | read -r _ || echo >> $gitignore
echo -e "\n# typescript\n*.tsbuildinfo" >> $gitignore
fi
done
```
- use the nextv12 example from the storybook-addon-next repo as the with-storybook example found here: 6583c20803/examples/nextv12
- update the readme for the example to include details on what the example includes
- tweak the example from the `storybook-addon-next` repo to work with type checking and linting

## Context
This was kindly requested by @leerob in [this issue](https://github.com/RyanClementsHax/storybook-addon-next/issues/3) on the `storybook-addon-next` repo.
P.S. thanks to @leerob for making [this video](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cuoNzXFLitc&t=1502s). I found it very helpful for getting me up to speed with how to contribute. I hope I did everything right for y'all. Lmk if there was something I could have done better.
Unfortunately I couldn't push up changes for that branch as maintainers access was disabled.

Hi,
I'm submitting this PR for consideration as a new example app showing Styled JSX with SCSS working inside and outside storybook with example components.
Only known issue: I noticed that when running this example with:
`$ yarn next ./examples/with-storybook-styled-jsx-scss`
I receive the following error:
```
error - ./pages/_app.js
Error: [BABEL] .../next.js/examples/with-storybook-styled-jsx-scss/pages/_app.js: Cannot find module 'styled-jsx-plugin-sass' (While processing: ".../next.js/node_modules/next/babel.js")
```
However I notice that this same missing module error is triggered when running this existing example app "with-styled-jsx-scss".
Any changes/tweaks needed?
Thanks!
