chore(examples): use default prettier for examples/templates (#60530)
## Description
This PR ensures that the default prettier config is used for examples
and templates.

This config is compatible with `prettier@3` as well (upgrading prettier
is bigger change that can be a future PR).

## Changes
- Updated `.prettierrc.json` in root with `"trailingComma": "es5"` (will
be needed upgrading to prettier@3)
- Added `examples/.prettierrc.json` with default config (this will
change every example)
- Added `packages/create-next-app/templates/.prettierrc.json` with
default config (this will change every template)

update @types/react version in examples (#57259)
### What?
When I ran `npx create-next-app --example with-turbopack` and installed
dependencies using `yarn`, I found an typescript error(`'SomeComponent'
cannot be used as a JSX component.`).

<img
src="https://github.com/vercel/next.js/assets/51700274/f6c7e478-c0b1-4ea2-996f-4c0c78e3bb4b"
width=400 />

and I realized that the bug is due to the version of
@types/react(18.0.x).
you can check this issue on
[here](https://github.com/vercel/next.js/issues/42292#issuecomment-1594351684)
too.

### Why?
It seems that there is an error occurring in the @types/react version
18.0.x.

### How?
It would be good to change the @types/react version to 18.2.8 in the
next.js examples.

I think this change will resolve [this
issue](https://github.com/vercel/next.js/issues/55080#issue-1884846177)
[NestJS
documentation](https://nextjs.org/docs/app/building-your-application/configuring/typescript#async-server-component-typescript-error)
also states to upgrade the version.

Add .yarn/install-state.gz to .gitignore (#56637)
### Reason for making this change
https://yarnpkg.com/getting-started/qa#:~:text=yarn%2Finstall%2Dstate.,your%20workspaces%20all%20over%20again.
In the official documentation of `yarn`, it is stated that `.yarn/install-state.gz` is an optimization file that developer shouldn't ever have to commit. However, currently, when running `create-next-app`, `.yarn/install-state.gz` is being commited.

### Remaining work
I apologize for only modifying one template initially to initiate the discussion first.

If this change is agreed upon, it should be synchronized with other `.gitignore` templates. Would it be possible to follow a similar approach as in https://github.com/vercel/next.js/pull/47241? I would appreciate any assistance in syncing this change.

### What?
Updates Deploy button URLs for all listed examples here:

### Why?
The Deploy URLs are currently broken and result in a failed clone
attempt on Vercel.

### How?
The URLs have been changed from https://vercel.com/new/git/external?… to

Remove incorrect entries for pnpm debug log (#47241)
**Reasons for making this change:**

- it is contained within `node_modules/`, which is already ignored
- the previous versions, which were not in `node_modules/`, did not have
a period at the beginning of the filename

Updated create-next-app docs to include pnpm usage (#35755)
This PR updates the docs and examples for `create-next-app` to include pnpm usage.

The following script was used to update every example README:

```js
const fs = require('fs')
const examples = fs.readdirSync('./examples')
for (let example of examples) {
    const filename = `./examples/${example}/README.md`
    const markdown = fs.readFileSync(filename, 'utf8')
    const regex = new RegExp(`^yarn create next-app --example (.*)$`, 'gm')
    const output = markdown.replace(regex, (yarn, group) => {
        const pnpm = `pnpm create next-app -- --example ${group}`
        return `${yarn}\n# or\n${pnpm}`
    })
    fs.writeFileSync(filename, output)
}
Clean up examples package.json (#27121)
Clean up package.json files in the `examples` directory:
- Add `private: true`
- Remove `version` (because they are irrelevant for packages that are not meant to be published)
- Remove `name` (because they are optional for packages that are not meant to be published, and when someone clones an example, they often rename it and the property becomes stale)
- Remove `author`
- Remove `description`
- Remove `license`
Also remove `with-dynamic-app-layout` example completely, since it does the same as `layout-component` (https://github.com/vercel/next.js/pull/27121#discussion_r668178408).
Example: Treat "mockServiceWorker" as a generated artifact in "with-msw" (#25515)
## Changes
- Removes `mockServiceWorker.js` file and ignores it from Git. New versions of `msw` generate the worker script automatically at the location specified in `packageJson.msw.workerDirectory`. This keeps the worker script up-to-date with the currently installed version of `msw`.
- Updates `msw` package to the latest version for new features and stability improvements.
Fix deploy buttons URLs (#20834)
Fix all deploy button URLs in the Next.js repo to follow the following format:
```
https://vercel.com/new/git/external?repository-url=https://github.com/vercel/next.js/tree/canary/examples/<EXAMPLE_NAME>&project-name=<EXAMPLE_NAME>&repository-name=<EXAMPLE_NAME>
```
The detailed docs for the Deploy Button can be found here: https://vercel.com/docs/more/deploy-button.
Also updates legacy Vercel import flow URLs (starting with vercel.com/import or with vercel.com/new/project), to use the new vercel.com/new URLs.
---
For example, for the `hello-world` example:
The URL is https://vercel.com/new/git/external?repository-url=https://github.com/vercel/next.js/tree/canary/examples/hello-world&project-name=hello-world&repository-name=hello-world
And the deploy button looks like this:
[![Deploy with Vercel](https://vercel.com/button)](https://vercel.com/new/git/external?repository-url=https://github.com/vercel/next.js/tree/canary/examples/hello-world&project-name=hello-world&repository-name=hello-world)
---
For reference, I used the following regexes to search for the incorrect URLs
```
\(https://vercel.com/import/git\?s=https://github.com/vercel/next.js/tree/canary/examples/(.*)\)
\(https://vercel.com/import/git\?c=1&s=https://github.com/vercel/next.js/tree/canary/examples/([^&]*)(.*)\)

Fix with-msw example (#17695)
When using the `with-msw` example I noticed it increased my bundle size in production, even through MSW is meant to be used in development only.

**Build size before implementing MSW**

```
There was a 12.7 kB large increase in the `_app` First Load JS which increased the pages' First Load JS size. I tracked the problem down to the following code:
```js
if (process.env.NEXT_PUBLIC_API_MOCKING === 'enabled') {
  require('../mocks')
}
```
Removing this reduces the `_app` First Load JS to what it was previously. The `NEXT_PUBLIC_API_MOCKING` environment variable is defined in the `.env.development` file, as this means that Next.js will only activate MSW during development/testing, which is what MSW is intended for.
After discussing with @kettanaito, the author of MSW, I did some investigation. This dynamic require statement is intended to allow tree-shaking of the MSW package for production. Unfortunately this did not seem to be working. To fix this, I changed the code to the following:
```js
if (process.env.NODE_ENV !== 'production') {
  require('../mocks')
}
```
This means I could remove the `NEXT_PUBLIC_API_MOCKING` environment variable  from `.env.development`, as it is no longer used.
It is important to note that this still achieves the same functionality as before: MSW runs in development / testing, and not in production. If MSW must be enabled in production for some reason, the following code can be used to run MSW regardless of the environment:
```js
if (true) {
  require('../mocks')
}
```
If possible, I'd love to hear from the Next.js maintainers regarding the tree-shaking process when using environment variables.
Lastly, I made the necessary changes to have the example work in production mode as well, because there is no real backend. Of course there is a comment explaining what should be changed in a real world app.
