Re-land build(edge): extract buildId into environment (#65426)
### What

* Extract `buildId` and server action encryption key into environment
variables for edge to make code more deterministic
* Fixed the legacy bad env names from #64108
* Always sort `routes` in prerender manifest for consistent output
* Change `environments` to `env` in middleware manifest, confirmed with
@javivelasco this is a fine change without need to bumping the version

### Why

Dynamic variants like `buildId`, SA `encryptionKey` and preview props
are different per build, which results to the non determinstic edge
bundles. Once we extracted them into env vars then the bundles become
deterministic which give us more space for optimization

Inject preview props into edge manifest (#64108)
### What

Bump the edge runtime manifest version and add `environments` property
to each route for inlining values for deployment build.

### Why

In edge runtime, extract the preview props into edge functions manifest
that holding the non-deterministic inline values, then the output build
will be more deterministic that helps deployment speed

Revert "Revert "Update split chunk handling for edge/node" (#62313)" (#62336)
This re-lands the chunking optimization with fix for the split chunks
config to ensure we aren't generating duplicate chunks from not chunking
`all` together.

Tested various configs against our repro case here:

Update split chunk handling for edge/node (#62205)
While investigating OOMs noticed that our split chunks handling for edge
runtime isn't optimized properly causing a lot of duplicate
transpiling/minification which causes exponential memory/cache usage.

On a minimal app before this change the memory usage and cache size were
over `2GB`s after this change they are under `200MB`.

refactor(tests): make chain more "correct" (#51728)
### Why?

I really dislike the way `.chain` works right now, it shouldn't mutate
the `BrowserInterface`, this PR changes it so it's just a pure chain
without weird side effects.

One example with the current version (before this PR):
```
const el = browser.elementByCss('#version-2')
await el.text()
// throws
await el.text()
```

### Additional Changes

- removes selenium (which is completely unused)
- updates playwright
- makes the playwright tracing not error all the time

Allow next/headers in middleware & draftMode in edge runtime (#53465)
## What
Using methods from `next/headers` in middleware would throw a `requestAsyncStorage` invariant. Additionally, using `draftMode()` in middleware/an edge runtime is not possible

## Why
We do not expose `requestAsyncStorage` to the middleware adapter. Also, the prerender manifest wasn't available to the `EdgeRouteModuleWrapper` & middleware adapter, so it wasn't possible to enable/disable it.

## How
This makes `requestAsyncStorage` available for middleware, and makes the preview mode data available from build to the edge runtime/middleware.

Fix trailing slash redirect applying for data request (#45417)
This ensures we don't apply the trailing slash redirect for `_next/data`
requests as it can cause props to fail to resolve on client transition.
This also fixes `missing` fields not being applied correctly for
`headers` and `redirects` as the field wasn't being passed through.

BREAKING CHANGE: Enable newNextLinkBehavior (#41459)
- Enable newNextLinkBehavior. See #36436
- Run next/link codemod on test suite

Note that from when this lands on apps trying canary will need to run
the new-link codemod in order to upgrade.
Ideally we have to detect `<a>` while rendering the new link and warn
for it.

Update middleware query hydration handling (#41243)
This updates to skip the data request done during query hydration when
middleware is present as it was mainly to gather query params from any
potential rewrites in middleware although this is usually not needed for

client.

feat(next): Support has match and locale option on middleware config (#39257)
## Feature

As the title, support `has` match, `local` that works the same with the `rewrites` and `redirects` of next.config.js on middleware config. With this PR, you can write the config like the following:

```js
export const config = {
  matcher: [
    "/foo",
    { source: "/bar" },
    {
      source: "/baz",
      has: [
        {
          type: 'header',
          key: 'x-my-header',
          value: 'my-value',
        }
      ]
    },
    {
      source: "/en/asdf",
      locale: false,
     },
  ]
}
```

Also, fixes https://github.com/vercel/next.js/issues/39428

Export URLPattern from next/server (#39219)
This commit allows the users to import URLPattern from `next/server`,
by defining a key that uses `global.URLPattern`.

Why is this any good? or: why don't we add URLPattern to the global namespace?

URLPattern is exposed as global on Edge Runtime _only_. This means that if we define a
constructor in global namespace in our TypeScript definitions, people might
have runtime errors in their Node.js functions.

Importing from `next/server` enables users to get the constructor without
risking in runtime errors and wrong type definitions.

Keep in mind, that with the current implementation, we do not check if the
constructor actually exists, but `next/server` shouldn't be imported in
Node.js functions, AFAIK.
