Add support for images.loaderFile config (#41585)
This PR adds a new configure property, `images.loaderFile` that allow
you to define a path to a file with an exported image loader function.

This is useful when migrating from `next/legacy/image` to `next/image`
because it lets you configure the loader for every instance of
`next/image` once, similar to the legacy "built-in loaders".

Fix next/image svg blur placeholder with fill (#41573)
This PR fixes two bugs:

- Fixes #40419
- Fixes #41393

The first is when the aspect ratio of the `width` and `height` does not
match the aspect ratio of the `blurDataURL` provided. This can result in
artifacts around the edges. The solution is to add
`preserveAspectRatio="none"`.

The second is when there is no `width` or `height` provided (which is
normal when using `fill`) so the viewBox was undefined. This can also
cause artifacts around the edges. The solution is to change the blur
technique from gaussian to css filter, similar to `next/legacy/image`.

Note: css blur might be [slower in
firefox](https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=925025) which is
why we'll only use it for this corner case.

BREAKING CHANGE: Rename next/image to next/legacy/image & rename next/future/image to next/image (#41399)
This PR introduces breaking changes by renaming components.

- Rename `next/image` to `next/legacy/image`
- Rename `next/future/image` to `next/image`

The diff is very confusing because both components are very similar so git got confused.

Subresource Integrity for App Directory (#39729)
<!--
Thanks for opening a PR! Your contribution is much appreciated.
In order to make sure your PR is handled as smoothly as possible we
request that you follow the checklist sections below.
Choose the right checklist for the change that you're making:
-->

This serves to add support for [Subresource
Integrity](https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/Security/Subresource_Integrity)
hashes for scripts added from the new app directory. This also has
support for utilizing nonce values passed from request headers (expected
to be generated per request in middleware) in the bootstrapping scripts
via the `Content-Security-Policy` header as such:

```
Content-Security-Policy: script-src 'nonce-2726c7f26c'
```

Which results in the inline scripts having a new `nonce` attribute hash
added. These features combined support for setting an aggressive Content
Security Policy on scripts loaded.

Update next/future/image to use svg blur placeholder during next dev (#39992)
This PR updates the `next/future/image` component so that CSS `filter` is never needed. Previously, we used SVG to blur for prod and CSS to blur for dev, but now we use SVG for both.

This required a shared function `getImageBlurSvg()` used between both client and server because `next dev` doesn't create Data URIs and instead defers blur generation until request time. So we also need to defer svg generation to request time (on the server) during next dev.

This is the first step to removing `<noscript>` completely (see #39736).

Fix Image Optimization cache-control regression with external images (#37625)
In a previous PR (#34075), the ISR behavior was introduced to the Image Optimization API, however it changed the cache-control header to always set maxage=0. While this is probably the right behavior (the client shouldn't cache the image), it introduced a regression for users who have CDNs in front of a single Next.js instance (as opposed to [multiple Next.js instances](https://nextjs.org/docs/basic-features/data-fetching/incremental-static-regeneration#self-hosting-isr)).

Furthermore, the pros of client-side caching outweight the cons because its easy to change the image url (add querystring param for example) to invalidate the cache.

This PR reverts the cache-control behavior until we can come up with a better long-term solution.

Add experimental wildcard remotePatterns config for upstream images (#36245)
## Description
This PR implements a new configuration object in `next.config.js` called `experimental.images.remotePatterns`.

This will eventually deprecate `images.domains` because it covers the same use cases and more by allowing wildcard pattern matching on `hostname` and `pathname` and also allows restricting `protocol` and `port`.

Fix: Added the content-disposition header (#27521)
In this PR I've added the `Content-Disposition` header to the response of the image `/_next/image` route. That header is used by the browser when showing the dialog for the `Save image as...` action.

There are some differences between the browsers, ex:
When requesting the image `test.jpg`, the response header `Content-Type: image/webp` - in FF the filename from the `Save image as...` dialog would be `test.webp` but in Chrome `test.jpg` even if the `Content-Disposition: inline; filename="test.webp"` is present in the headers. The same about png images, the rest types are fine. It looks like FF is checking the `Content-Type` for the extension but the Chrome does not and is doing another type of check.

Fix minimumCacheTTL so it doesn't affect browser caching (#27307)
In a previous PR (#27200), we added `minimumCacheTTL` to configure the time-to-live for the cached image. However, this was setting the `max-age` header.

This PR ensures that `minimumCacheTTL` doesn't affect browser caching, only the upstream header can affect browser caching.

This is a bit safer in case the developer accidentally caches something that shouldn't be and the cache needs to be invalidated. Simply delete the `.next/cache/images` directory.

Add "Vary: Accept" header to /_next/image responses (#26788)
This pull request adds "Vary: Accept" header to responses from the image optimizer (i.e. the /_next/image endpoint).

The image optimizer prefers re-encoding JPG files to WebP, but some browsers (such as Safari 14 on Catalina) do not yet support WebP. In such cases the optimizer uses the Accept header sent by the browser to send out a JPG response. Thus the optimizer's response may depend on the Accept header.

Potential caching proxies can be informed of this fact by adding "Vary: Accept" to the response headers. Otherwise WebP data may be served to browsers that do not support it, for example in the following scenario:
 * A browser that supports WebP requests the JPG. The optimizer re-encodes it to WebP. The proxy caches the WebP data.
 * After this another browser that doesn't support WebP requests the JPG. The proxy sends the WebP data to the browser.

Add upstream max-age to optimized image (#26739)
This solves the main use case from Issue #19914.

Previously, we would set the `Cache-Control` header to a constant and rely on the server cache. This would mean the browser would always request the image and the server could response with 304 Not Modified to omit the response body.

This PR changes the behavior such that the `max-age` will propagate from the upstream server to the Next.js Image Optimization Server and allow browser caching. ("upstream" meaning external server or just an internal route to an image)

This PR does not change the `max-age` for static imports which will remain `public, max-age=315360000, immutable`.

#### Pros:
- Fewer HTTP requests after initial browser visit
- User configurable `max-age` via the upstream image `Cache-Control` header

#### Cons:
- ~~Might be annoying for `next dev` when modifying a source image~~ (solved: use `max-age=0` for dev)
- Might cause browser to cache longer than expected (up to 2x longer than the server cache if requested in the last second before expiration)

Refactor image optimizer static immutable header (#25909)
Previously we were accepting a `s=1` query string parameter for static imports, but this is not necessary.

Instead, this PR looks at the file path to determine if the header should be `immutable`.

The nice thing here is we don't need to worry about someone trying `s=1` with an external image or 3rd party loader. In that case, we use the upstream `Cache-Control` header as usual.

This change also ensures we don't add the `immutable` header for `next dev`.
