Fix deploy buttons URLs (#20834) 
Fix all deploy button URLs in the Next.js repo to follow the following format:
```
https://vercel.com/new/git/external?repository-url=https://github.com/vercel/next.js/tree/canary/examples/<EXAMPLE_NAME>&project-name=<EXAMPLE_NAME>&repository-name=<EXAMPLE_NAME>
```

The detailed docs for the Deploy Button can be found here: https://vercel.com/docs/more/deploy-button.

Also updates legacy Vercel import flow URLs (starting with vercel.com/import or with vercel.com/new/project), to use the new vercel.com/new URLs.

For example, for the `hello-world` example:

The URL is https://vercel.com/new/git/external?repository-url=https://github.com/vercel/next.js/tree/canary/examples/hello-world&project-name=hello-world&repository-name=hello-world

And the deploy button looks like this:

Update examples React to 16.13.1 (#14899) 
Fast Refresh doesn't appear to work with older version (16.8.x) versions of React. I was able to reproduce this via this issue https://github.com/vercel/next.js/issues/14895

I updated all examples I found of React `16.8.x` to `^16.13.1` so that future installs will auto bump to the latest minor version. Previously the pinned version was causing the lock of version.

c97617fdf5 Added an HTTP2 server example (#6856) 
As requested in this issue: https://github.com/zeit/next.js/issues/6850

This is a basic HTTP2 server which can handle the `/` and `/about` routes. 

The Readme includes [specific instruction](31877720f0/examples/with-http2/README.md (download-manually)) about how to generate the public/private keys used for this demo server.
