Update `package.json` for Windows users.
1. `concurrently` isn't working with single quotes 🤷🏻
2. `--watch` isn't actually passed, because of that `tailwind` compiles only once and exits.

The README and install step already indicates that this example is using Turbopack, which doesn't fully support Tailwind so why not preconfigure the correct dev script from the start?
