This PR updates the docs and examples for `create-next-app` to include pnpm usage.
The following script was used to update every example README:

This PR implements Internationalized Routing using formatjs / react-intl.

- Migrate to TypeScript. `react-intl` natively supports TypeScript now.
- Upgrade corresponding `formatjs` packages.
- Dynamically polyfill Intl API per locale since those polyfills are huge.
