Use `WellKnownErrorsPlugin` when formatting `@next/font` errors.
The error handling is different for expected errors (like validation
errors) and unknown ones. If the error is expected it just displays the
formatted error message. If it's an unknown error it will also display
the stacktrace, and in case the versions of `@next/font` and `next` are
different it will encourage you to try to update them both.
Removes the usage of `error-loader` when importing from
`pages/_document.js`, handle that case with `WellKnownErrorsPlugin` as
well.
The current warning when using different versions is removed. If the
versions are incompatible you'll get an error in the overlay instead.

This PR fixes (and simplifies) CSS loader rules, major things fixed with
this PR:
- (Tests added) Even if `appDir` isn't enabled, CSS/SASS/CSSM/SASSM
should still be transpiled for packages in node_modules, configured via
`transpilePackages`.
- They should be transpiled from other packages in the same monorepo
(not inside node_modules).

Similar to https://github.com/vercel/next.js/pull/42106. Make
`@next/font` works as expected when using `transpilePackages`.
Also makes sure `@next/font` is auto-configured correctly when in a
monorepo.

Fixes#41856. There is no way to apply those loader rules to specific
directories, especially when `transpileModules` is used. This PR changes
that to be based on the issuer layer.

It’s possible that global CSS imports, that come from node_modules, are
marked as side effect free because of possible `sideEffects: false` in
the external package's package.json. In that case, we still need to
handle global CSS imports as side effects on the server because we need
to collect them and avoid tree-shaking for these modules.
You can take a look at the test case to see what exactly happened.

For some context:
[https://vercel.slack.com/archives/CGU8HUTUH/p1662124179102509](https://vercel.slack.com/archives/CGU8HUTUH/p1662124179102509)
Continuation of #40221 and #40227
Adds `experimental.fontLoaders`.
SWC next-font-loaders (#40221) transforms font loader (e.g. #40227) call
expressions into an import with the function call arguments as a query.
The imports will be matched by `next-font-loader`. It runs the
configured font loaders - emits font files and returns CSS. Exports are
added, and the font-family is made locally scoped. The returned CSS is
turned into a CSS module with `css-loader` which lets you consume the
font-family.
`FontLoaderManifestPlugin` creates a manifest of the preloaded font
files for each entrypoint. Preload/preconnect are then added in
`_document.tsx` if any font files were found for that path.

## Feature
Change server components convention from using `.server.js` / `.client.js` file extension to determine it's a server or client component to using `'client'` js literal as a directive for determine client components boundary.
React RFC: https://github.com/reactjs/rfcs/pull/189
New behavior doesn't consume `.server.js` as server components any more, if you're enabling `serverComponents` flag, every `page.js` in app dir will become server components by default. If you adding a `'client'` directive to the page, then that page will become a client component. This rule also applies to the normal js components, client components will require a `'client'` directive to indicate its identity, instead of having a `.client.js` extension.

Follow-up to #39758, this PR makes sure that CSS imports (both global and CSS modules) from client components are not handled by mini-css-extract's HMR logic. Instead, we trigger a server component update and let the client to refetch the RSC payload.
However, we are still leveraging the mini-css-extract plugin to emit CSS assets. So in this PR we add a new pitch loader to calculate the original file hash, but replace the final content to eliminate HMR logic but only keep the hash (so hot reloader can keep tracking that).

Upgrade experimental React, and render link tags directly in the tree during development. The client bundle won't import CSS anymore, and server CSS imports will be transpiled into no-op strings just for HMR to use.

## Bug
x-ref: #38691
* Previous configured loader.issue results into a single function and will bail during next build, tune the rule set conditions to make it work for both pages and app dir
* prefer to use `mod.resourceResolveData?.path` instead of `mod.userRequest` since userRquest contains the applied loaders info

### Changes
#### Add missing virtual client entry matcher for css modules
client entry module has no file path, add the missing file matcher for client css modules loader
#### Use relative paths for imports in client entry to avoid module resolving failure.
if it's `next/head` or other 3rd party installed path, just import it instead of the resolved file path
Improve CSS modules support in server components.

* Move resolve-url-loader into Next.js
Fixes#32157
Moves resolve-url-loader into Next.js and strips out all features that are not used like `rework` support. Will reduce install size as well as allow for optimizing the approach in the near future.
* Update precompiled
* Use loader-utils 2
* Update trace test
* Revert "Update trace test"
This reverts commit 7c09a07871cc0ab72d5fcd4151a2d8efbc1aad8f.
* Add es5-ext as it's used in trace tests
* Update join-function.js
* Update bundle5.js
resolve absolute URLs in CSS when using urlImports
remove `[path]` from static static image output path
replace file-loader with asset module, remove file-loader
This is a follow-up to https://github.com/vercel/next.js/pull/28227 to ensure `_app` and `_document` HMR correctly when you start the dev server and then add `_app` and `_document`.

This pull request adds `future.strictPostcssConfiguration`, allowing users to opt-into the more strict PostCSS configuration loading.
This stricter PostCSS configuration loading ensures that CSS can be cached across builds.
This PR adds support for prepending sass code before the actual entry file.
It's common for developers to import their sass mixins and variables once on their project config so they don't need to import them on every file that requires it. Frameworks like gatsby and nuxt.js already support that handy feature.
The way it works is:
```
/// next.config.js
module.exports = {
experimental: {
sassOptions: {
prependData: `
/// Scss code that you want to be
/// prepended to every single scss file.
`,
},
},
}
```
Fixes#11617 and duplicates
* Add support for SCSS includePaths
* Support sassOptions instead of just includePaths
