Adds additional integration tests for `@next/mdx`.
- Test mdx-rs
- Test `mdx-components.tsx`
- Tests development and production. Previously it only checked
development.

The MDX guide is missing `@mdx-js/react` as a required dependency in the
setup section.

The regex matches both .md and .mdx extensions, so I've added the .md extension to the description and `pageExtensions` array.
