This PR updates the docs and examples for `create-next-app` to include pnpm usage.
The following script was used to update every example README:

Clean up package.json files in the `examples` directory:
- Add `private: true`
- Remove `version` (because they are irrelevant for packages that are not meant to be published)
- Remove `name` (because they are optional for packages that are not meant to be published, and when someone clones an example, they often rename it and the property becomes stale)
- Remove `author`
- Remove `description`
- Remove `license`
Also remove `with-dynamic-app-layout` example completely, since it does the same as `layout-component` (https://github.com/vercel/next.js/pull/27121#discussion_r668178408).

[With next 11 requiring react 17](https://nextjs.org/blog/next-11#upgrade-guide), most of the examples
need to be updated, so the following snippet updated all the examples to
a compatible react version.

This PR adds a `Preview` section and a `Open in StackBlitz` button to various examples. I have tested all examples and omitted the ones that require third party API keys, or didn't work. Some examples don't work locally either.

Upgraded all the packages from package.json, removed the saga-wrapper package since it is totally outdated to today's use.
I have refactored the whole example using the new API of the next-redux-wrapper package, using their new support of "getStaticProps".
All of the class components were converted to functional, using the new redux hooks API.
If you want me to change anything or you are not satisfied with any given change, I'm open to suggestions.

This reverts the changes made in [this pr](https://github.com/zeit/next.js/pull/6109).
`redux-saga: "1.0.0"` changed the way it handles it's queues. Because of that we're still having trouble to implement the synchronous side-effects flow in `next-redux-saga`. See [this discussion](https://github.com/bbortt/next-redux-saga/pull/1) for more information.
Therefore I would feel more comfortable not to mislead users by giving them a non-working example in the main branch.
Hi there
I noticed you have not yet included the api breaking changes in `"redux-saga": "1.0.0"`. Therefore I felt free to upgrade the dependencies in `examples/with-redux-saga`.
I do not know anything about apollo nor graphql, that is why I did not upgrade `examples/with-apollo-and-redux-saga`. But, I think you should do this on occasion.

I wrote a [script](https://github.com/j0lv3r4/dependency-version-updater) to update dependencies recursively in `package.json` files, e.g.:

$ node index.js --path="./examples" --dependencies="react=^16.7.0,react-dom=^16.7.0"
```
