Standardize the "Note" format in the Next.js documentation for improved
consistency and readability.

Standardizing to a single format will improve the overall experience for
users.

This pull request updates the Local Images example in the Next.js
documentation to use an ``assets`` folder inside the ``src`` directory
instead of the ``public`` folder. The changes are made to emphasize the
recommended practice of organizing and importing static assets when
using the Next.js ``Image`` component.
The previous example could cause confusion as it suggested importing
images from the ``public`` folder, which is generally used for static
files that can be accessed directly via a URL. However, when using the
Next.js ``Image`` component, it is recommended to import images as
modules and store them in a folder like ``assets`` inside the ``src``
directory. This approach allows the Image component to optimize images
and prevent Cumulative Layout Shift while loading.
This PR changes the image import statements as the example below:
```jsx
import profilePic from '@/assets/me.png';
```
These changes aim to provide clearer guidance on how to handle local
images. To avoid misunderstandings while the developer follows the
documentation.

The existing example causes issues with eslint's `eslintimport/no-anonymous-default-export` rule that come pre-enabled with `create-next-app`.
Added a name to the api handler function before setting it as the default export.

This addition helps users figure out that this is the kind of expression they need to put in their `package.json`, and it provides the Next.js defaults to use as a starting point. (I was initially confused and thought the default configuration would just be "defaults".)
The list was pulled from `MODERN_BROWSERSLIST_TARGET` in [packages/next/shared/lib/constants.ts](28454c6ddb/packages/next/shared/lib/constants.ts (L56-L62)).

Add examples of using multiple weights and styles for google and local fonts. Although it's in the [API reference](https://nextjs.org/docs/api-reference/next/font) it's probably a good idea to have examples since it's a common use case.
Also added subets to google font examples to make them more 'copayable'.

This PR adds a new configure property, `images.loaderFile` that allow
you to define a path to a file with an exported image loader function.
This is useful when migrating from `next/legacy/image` to `next/image`
because it lets you configure the loader for every instance of
`next/image` once, similar to the legacy "built-in loaders".

Remove `browsersListForSwc` since it is enabled by default now, and disable `legacyBrowsers` by default.

Made an addition to the version history within the Script component
docs. In the docs there are examples where the Script component is being
used within a _document.js/tsx file, but it does not get mentioned that
this is only supported from version 12.2.2 onwards.
