### What?
This updates the `blog-starter` example to Next 14.1 App Router.
### Why?
I checked out a new `blog-starter` project on Vercel and was surprised
it was using the Pages Router. I believe the App Router is a better
choice.
### How?
I tried to keep the implementation logic as close to the original Pages
`blog-starter`.

The markdown format for blog-starter example was broken, so fixed it.

This PR updates the docs and examples for `create-next-app` to include pnpm usage.
The following script was used to update every example README:

Split the copying instruction into separate code sections as any one of the command is used and Its easier to copy individual commands .

This PR adds a `Preview` section and a `Open in StackBlitz` button to various examples. I have tested all examples and omitted the ones that require third party API keys, or didn't work. Some examples don't work locally either.
