The README and install step already indicates that this example is using Turbopack, which doesn't fully support Tailwind so why not preconfigure the correct dev script from the start?

Strategized with @balazsorban44 to open one larger PR, with changes to individual examples as separate commits.
For each example, I researched how multiple realworld codebases use the featured technology with TypeScript, to thoughtfully convert them by hand - nothing automated whatsoever.

Next.js 13 will require React 18.
In this PR I've only updated the peerDependency and removed the test runs in GH actions. Further cleanup will follow later, this allows us to remove the code supporting it later.

of the `@sentry/nextjs` SDK we introduced a new build-time feature that
removes the need for manually wrapping API routes.
This PR removes all manual `withSentry` calls from the `with-sentry`
example.
