This adds:
- Documentation for Turbopack experimental fields `turbopackLoaders` and `resolveAlias` to the API reference site.
- Typings and schema for the above Turbopack experimental options
Test Plan:
- `pnpm build`, updated an example to use TypeScript for its Next.js config, and verified the config passed with matching shapes and failed with mismatching shapes.

Drop the `next/streaming` endpoint. Currently it only holds the only one experimental api and we'd like to deprecate it in favor of oher future APIs for app dir
This PR outlines the built-in features of Next.js that help make your application accessible, and will also include some resources for testing/improving accessibility in your app.

This PR introduces a new experimental component, `next/future/image`, which is inspired by the existing experimental `layout="raw"`.
The difference is that much of the code has been deleted in order to reduce client-side code as well as reduce complexity:
- No `layout` prop
- No `loader` config (although `loader` prop works)
- No `IntersectionObserver`, use native `loading="lazy"`
- No `lazyBoundary`
- No `lazyRoot`
- No `fill` (yet) so width & height are required
- No `objectFit` (use `style` instead)
- No `objectPosition` (use `style` instead)
This improves performance because native `loading="lazy"` doesn't need to wait for React Hydration and client-side JS.
In a future PR, we will modify `next/image` to remove `layout="raw"` since this new component supersedes it.

This PR moves the instructions for configuring CI providers to preserve Next.js's build cache out of the _No Cache Detected_ error message and into ~the _Deployment_~ a new page within the _Advanced Features_ docs.
This change is beneficial because it makes the CI configuration examples visible in the context of other helpful documentation for deploying Next.js.
👉 **Prior to this change, these CI configuration examples didn't show up in the Next.js docs.**
The relocated instructions are now linked on the _No Cache Detected_ error message page.

This clearly lists what transforms are supported, which are currently experimental, and what is still unsupported with a place to leave feedback and your existing Babel setup.
This PR does the following to partially address #31062:
- Expands the [Script Component](https://nextjs.org/docs/basic-features/script) page in the core documentation
- Adds a `next/script` API reference page
When you edit your code, and Next.js is compiling the application, a compilation indicator appears in the bottom right corner of the page.
In some cases this indicator can be misplaced on the page, for example, when conflicting with a chat launcher. To change its position, open `next.config.js` and set the `buildActivityPosition` in the `devIndicators` object to `bottom-right` (default), `bottom-left`, `top-right` or `top-left`.
I also added the documentation for both `devIndicators.buildActivity` & the new `devIndicators.buildActivityPosition`.

This pull request **temporarily** removes ESLint, as it was not landed in accordance with our standard experimental policies. We are fully committed to landing this change again.
This is being reverted because:
- Next.js has very strict goals for its install size. This feature resulted in adding over 17MB, or a 43.6% increase.
- The feature was not first landed under the `experimental` key in `next.config.js`, rather, it was added under the stable namespace (top-level)
- Using the feature doesn't do a "guided setup" like TypeScript, it should ask you to "bring your own" dependencies for ESLint
- It uses a undesirable ESLint plugin name: `plugin:@next/next/recommended`. This should read out as strictly `next`, or as short as we can get it.
- Does not provide actionable warnings (missing link to resolve issue)
- Does not follow appropriate console output styling. We need to revisit how these are presented.
To re-land this, we need to ensure the following minimums are met:
- Very minor change in install size
- Fully experimental (i.e. flagged) with warnings
- Finalized package name and configuration shape, preferably so we can do ` { extends: 'next' } `.
