Fixes#46288
Makes TypeScript behavior match runtime by no longer allowing files to
be imported absolutely relative to project root without using a relative
path or a path alias. This changes behavior introduced in
https://github.com/vercel/next.js/pull/44672 which also added the paths
alias `@/*: ["./*"]`, which works without a baseUrl.

unrelated changes:
- add missing await
- fix TYPO in test comment
This issue was caused by the fact that we have been replacing `@/` ->
`[importAlias]` even in tsconfig.json itself.
fixes#45884
Noticed in https://github.com/vercel/next.js/pull/45387 we aren't
properly setting up nested examples due to not stripping to the right
level so this ensures we handle that case properly.

Closes#43130
This fixes the bug where the CLI copies files it shouldn't, by adding a
`/` separator at the end of the directory name.
Given `examples/next-prisma-starter` and
`examples/next-prisma-starter-websockets`, only files inside the
`examples/next-prisma-starter` will now be copied.
Here is a repo created by the CLI after this fix, using
```bash
# Inside packages/create-next-app
pnpm build
node dist/index.js --example https://github.com/trpc/trpc --example-path examples/next-prisma-starter
```

Added the `head.{j,t}sx` files to the `create-next-app` templates.
Following up https://github.com/vercel/next.js/pull/42012 this adds an
additional prompt for include ESLint config/dependencies or not. As
discussed, this also removes the slow down from doing separate
`dependencies` and `devDependencies` installs since this separation is
no longer required now that we have `output: 'standalone'` which ensures
only actual necessary dependency files are used for production builds.

Resubmitting this PR following this comment from Tim. This work has been done already and we can build off of it to get this in faster.
> Just to be clear we're planning to rework create-next-app to give you the option to choose between JavaScript or TypeScript so it'll solve this request. For `app` right now it'll stay TypeScript till that is implemented.

I added the `--ts, --typescript` flag to `create-next-app` in https://github.com/vercel/next.js/pull/24655, and since then I have seen it used very frequently, including in recent issues (such as https://github.com/vercel/next.js/issues/33314) and most Next.js tutorials on YouTube. I noticed the template logic added in this PR was also used to add the `appDir` configuration as well.
We discussed a while ago adding the following user flow:
- `create-next-app --js, --javascript` creates a JS project
- `create-next-app --ts, --typescript` creates a TS project
- `create-next-app [name]` (no `--js, --ts`) prompts the user to choose either JS or TS, with TS selected by default.
### Review
Adding support for appDir and refactoring the templates brought the pain-of-review up a bit, but it's not so bad when broken into increments.
The original 8-file diff is here:
1f47d9b0bf
And the PR that brought the diff up to 59 files (mostly owed to `app` template dirs and file structure refactors):

We found a case where 14.0.0 breaking with private class methods, such
as:
```js
class C {
#x() { return 42; }
x() {
return this.#x();
}
}
```
This feature was introduced in Node.js 14.6.0, so we can bump the
minimum version.

As discussed this updates our required minimum Node.js version to `v14` as `v12` is no longer being maintained. Since our targets for babel and swc already target the actively used Node.js version no change has been made there.
Let's open the deploy link in a new window so the link isn't blocked
when running an an iframe, such as Stackblitz.
Previously, this would print the following error:
> Refused to display 'https://vercel.com/' in a frame because it set
'X-Frame-Options' to 'deny'
As pointed out in
https://github.com/vercel/next.js/issues/40389#issuecomment-1243039792,
the `filter` matched more files than necessary and merged different
example directories together. This change makes the filter match the
example directory name precisely.

`create-next-app` currently cannot extract examples/git repos in Node 18+, because of an issue with `node-tar` (https://github.com/npm/node-tar/issues/321). The files are extracted, but an error is thrown that the stream has been prematurely closed. To prevent `create-next-app` from not being able to finish, ~for now, we can swallow this error, and hopefully `node-tar` will be patched soon.~
we can save the tar in the `tmp` folder and extract it from there as suggested: https://github.com/vercel/next.js/pull/40182#pullrequestreview-1095216714
I cannot reproduce this on earlier Node.js versions. More context: https://github.com/vercel/next.js/issues/39321#issuecomment-1235642058Fixes#39321
