Fix extra swc optimizer applied to node_modules in browser layer (#62051)
### What

Disable swc transform optimizer for node_modules in browser layer of app
router bundles

Fixes #61858
Fixes #60644
Fixes #60920
Fixes #61740
Closes NEXT-2418

### Why

In browser there could be not only one runtime, it could have both js
worker and browser. In js worker the `typeof window` is not as same as
in browser, so disabling the swc optimizer which will replace the code.
Leave the condition as it as.

Fix attempted import error for react (#61791)
### What

Exclude precompiled react packages from browser layer loaders coverage.

### Why

Since we're transpiling all the browser layer code now after #59569,
then SWC will also compile react. But when it compiles
`react.production.min.js` it gives me with the code and ESM helper
inserted

```js
import { _ as _type_of } from "@swc/helpers/_/_type_of"; // This is not correct
var l = Symbol.for("react.element"), n = Symbol.for("react.portal"), p = Symbol.for("react.fragment"), q = Sym
bol.for("react.strict_mode"), r = Symbol.for("react.profiler"), t = Symbol.for("react.provider"), u = Symbol.f
```

This makes bundler think it's a ESM package but actually it's CJS, which
converts the module into `{ default: .., __esModule }` instead of the
original react module.

When you're using `React.useEffect` or other API through namespace
import (`import * as React from 'react'`), this will break the module
exports check in bundling as the property doesn't directly attached to
the module now. This PR disabled the transform for precompiled react
packages now and will see the deeper issue in next-swc side later.

Fix next/server api alias for ESM pkg (#61721)
### What & Why

We have a modularize imports config for `next/server` before, which will
transform the `next/server` imports to directly import from the actual
file, for instance: `import { NextRequest } from 'next/server'` will
become `import { NextRequest } from
'next/dist/server/web/exports/next-request'`, where the NextRequest is
exported as default export. This is fine in most case until you're using
a ESM pkg, then it will be resolved as `{ default: NextRequest }`
according to the spec. Since it's a ESM import to a CJS module in
`next/dist`.

Since we already have the ESM alias introduced in #59852 , this can
handle the case more properly.

### How

Remove the modularize imports config for `next/server`, use the ESM api
alias instead.

Migrate the cjs optimizer tests from middleware to a separate endpoint
`/cjs/server`. As now ESM imports for next/server are not going to get
tree-shaken in dev, but since we don't have image response there it's
still fine.

Fix react-refresh for transpiled packages (#60563)
### What

We're applying react-refresh to browser layer and inject ESM or CJS
helper based on file type. Some package from `trasnpilePackages` might
contain CJS browser bundle. And injecting ESM helper breaks them.
Actually they don't need to have fast refresh ability since they're in
`node_modules`.

### How
Skip react-refresh for transpiled packages as they're in node_modules
and won't change.

Fix emitting ESM swc helpers for 3rd parties CJS libs in bundle (#60169)
Previously in #58967 we set all the module type as `'es6'` to let swc
parse app router code as ESM and output as ESM due to the incorrect
detection of CJS module by auto-cjs plugin, but this is not accurate
when the external library bundle is CJS. The problem is when swc
compiling modern syntax for example private properties in CJS bundle but
emitted the swc helpers with ESM imports.

We had a auto-cjs swc plugin to determine if the file is using CJS or
not, @kdy1 fixed the bug of it so now we can use the default module
type, and let the plugin to determine its module type, to make sure
we're emitting the right helpers.

Fix nested esm package default import resolving mismatch (#57784)
For app router bundling layers "SSR rendering" and "browser" layer, which are used for server side rendering and client, we should still apply the module resolving rules to all assets since we bundled everything, removed the default exclude conditions as they'll not apply the rules to node_modules. That could cause the mismatch resolving for package.

E.g. You have two dual packages A and B are both compatible for ESM and CJS, and both have default export. B is depent on A, but when you import B in a client component that will be SSR'd, it's picking up the CJS asset like the case described in #57584 .

Prefer module over main on main fields for app router server compiler (#56960)
Reverts vercel/next.js#56766

This change was breaking package which was actually a dual package but marked as esm module, and when the package is ESM but import a CJS dependency without fully spepcified file path it will fail to resolve. The way is to either remove the esmodule type in package.json or change the import to full path import with extension for the package

Prefer module over main on main fields for app router server compiler (#56532)
This change is to pick the esm assets for RSC server layer and server rendering side, this is for production and development perf purpose, also to let them apply with the ESM related optimization such as tree-shaking, barrel files optimizations, etc.

We found a few packages that can't be optimized easily in bundling because we're using "main" field so the packages are not able to be tree-shaked, ending up with large bundle in the dist. This will change a lot for the bundling improvements as some packages are only having "main" and "module" field. So switching from CJS to ESM means better bundling, more optimization, and faster code.

#56501 was a precondition for this, as previously the bundling strategy was applied to some library but triggered the invalid hooks erroring.

### Other Monior Change
Previously we'll prefer to resolve CJS as there're 2 versions of react, using CJS assets will help let them pass by require-hook to use canary react for app router bundling assets. But now we changed the approach to bundling nextjs runtime and react packages. Now we dropped the condition that prefered to resolve CJS exports for externals, since if you're putting them in `serverComponentsExternalPackages`, they're not using the built-in react, so could potentially having trouble if any dependency is using react but excluded in bundles. So far we didn't see any report to this.

build: fix externals resolution when importing from next/dist (#55269)
This fixes a "bug" where Sentry was trying to access some of the internal async storages and it would fail because their imports would be compiled as-is instead of using the special rules for Next externals as we are short-cutting it for `next/dist` requests for some reason.

Not a bug per se because this is technically an undocumented API but I think it's a reasonable fix since we don't provide an API for that. The alternative for them would be to try to play around with the bundling, which is not a good use of anyone's time.

Prefer module fields for RSC server layer (#51179)
Follow up for #50548

There're some packages like `aws-sdk-js-v3` which doesn't have a exports field yet:

```
  "main": "./dist-cjs/index.js",
  "types": "./dist-types/index.d.ts",
  "module": "./dist-es/index.js",
 ```

 This PR let u pick up by the js assets based on main fields, will prefer `"module"` field instead of `"main"`

Pick esm main fields and condition names first for RSC server layer (#50548)
For RSC server layer so far we bundle all dependencies, ESM format is the better one rather than CJS to analyze and tree-shake out the unused parts. This PR changes pick the condition names that are in ESM format first for server layer.

Also fixes the misorder of condition names of edge runtime, `conditionNames` should only contain either ESM or CJS, previously the main fields are mixed with conditon names which is not expected for webpack, we separate them now.

Since we're picking ESM instead CJS now, the error of require `exports * from` doesn't exist anymore, but if you're using a CJS dependency which require a ESM package, it will error. This is the existing behavior for our webpack configuration but could happen on server layer bundling

Other related changes:

* Imports are hoisted in ESM, so migrate`enhanceGlobals` to a imported module
* Use `...` to pick the proper imports by import expression, and prefer the `react-server` / `edge-light` condition names for corresponding cases
* Remove edge SSR duplicated `middleware` export checking

Fix client boundary defined in a module (#46171)
This PR fixes the bug where a client boundary (`"use client"`) is defined in a module (`"type": "module"`). Currently Next.js throws this error:

```
error - Error: Cannot find module 'private-next-rsc-mod-ref-proxy'
```

...that will be resolved with this PR.

The only limitation after this fix is, you can't have `export *` under a client boundary in a module. Added a error message for that.

Fix package resolution issue in app dir (#43349)
The server and client compilers have different external dependency resolution logic. The server prefers CJS while the client prefers ESM by default. This causes an issue when that dependency is a client component entry. We get the module reference during RSC render, which is the CJS file path. And that module reference can't be located in the flight manifest as it was generated via the client compiler (has the ESM path).

This PR changes the entry creation logic to use resolved requests, instead of the raw requests. So both SSR and client will have the same resolved import paths to ensure the module reference consistency.
