Hey guys! Some time ago I used the `with-grommet` example to start a project and I ran into some issues because of the styled-components version. I tried to use some new features and it didn't work as I expected, then I noticed the styled-component version was the `v4`. When I bumped the version it started to work. I am bumping all the styled-components versions on examples because some people may run into the same issue. ## Bug - [ ] Related issues linked using `fixes #number` - [ ] Integration tests added ## Feature - [ ] Implements an existing feature request or RFC. Example app with Grommet
This example shows how to use the Grommet UI library with Next.js.
It works by extending the <Document />
to enable server-side rendering of styled-components
, which are used by Grommet, and extending <App />
to provide a Grommet context (and optionally a theme) for all child pages and components.
Deploy your own
Deploy the example using Vercel:
How to use
Execute create-next-app
with npm or Yarn to bootstrap the example:
npx create-next-app --example with-grommet with-grommet-app
# or
yarn create next-app --example with-grommet with-grommet-app
Deploy it to the cloud with Vercel (Documentation).
