Update sentry example (#11701)
* Fix the with-sentry-simple example configuration code

This fixes the following issues:
- https://github.com/zeit/next.js/issues/8873
- https://github.com/zeit/next.js/issues/11642

* Update the README with the info about uploading to sentry configurations

* Fix the typo in SENTRY_DNS -> SENTRY_DSN
