Add default head to app dir, when there's no`head.js`, use the default head with the following meta tags ```html <meta charSet="utf-8" /> <meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1" /> ``` It will be replaced if there's custom head.js in child layout. NEXT-169 |
