Export ImageProps from Image component (#18576)
This allows to import the type `ImageProps` from `next/image` like `next/link`.

## Usage

```tsx
import Image, { ImageProps } from 'next/image'

const CustomImage: React.FC<ImageProps> = (props) => (
  <Image {...props} unsized />
)
