Update instances of Now to Vercel where applicable (#13760)
This pull request renames various instances of `now` to `vercel` etc. in order to match content that's being updated on the Vercel platform.

Now-env example

This example shows the usage of Now Secrets and now dev, it shows how to add environment variables in development that can be replaced in production by the secrets defined with Now.

How to use

Using create-next-app

Execute create-next-app with npm or Yarn to bootstrap the example::

npx create-next-app --example with-now-env with-now-env-app
# or
yarn create next-app --example with-now-env with-now-env-app

Download manually

Download the example:

curl https://codeload.github.com/vercel/next.js/tar.gz/canary | tar -xz --strip=2 next.js-canary/examples/with-now-env
cd with-now-env

Install it with npm or yarn:

npm install
# or
yarn

Start the development server with Vercel (download):

vercel dev

Deploy it to the cloud with Vercel (Documentation).

Keep in mind that in order to deploy the app to Vercel the env secrets defined in verel.json should be listed in your account.
