711f08c29b Added support for dumping avi files (thanks baby.lueshi). Use Microsoft Video 1 codec for starters. Make sure to check the dump rendered frames box in the video plugin settings, or it won't work.

e62b7f35ce Clean up OpenGL plugin error handling macros. No longer bother with enabling TEXTURE_2D and TEXTURE_RECTANGLE_ARB - they don't apply when using shaders. Change a PanicAlert when looking for valid plugins into a LOG_WARN.
Let me know if this breaks anything - it shouldn't.

aa7fe1edee Fix DEBUG logging (didn't work!). Shuffle around the log levels to make more sense (now NOTICE is the top one and always on), the rest is ERROR, WARNING, INFO, DEBUG. Fix the log levels of a lot of stuff. Use macros instead of numbers for various log level checks.

90254bd924 Change destination alpha handling. The blending method introduced in rev 1921 was not the correct way to do it. This way was suggested by hrydgard in October and I should have listened. A simple pixel shader as hrydgard suggested cannot be used because the alpha is not set if the pixel is discarded due to failing depth (after z texture) or alpha (result of tev stages) tests. There is a bit of a performance hit so there should be an option to disable the second render pass which sets the alpha because it is probably not needed most of the time.

7178c8d686 Only use framebuffer_blit for the final screen copy if multisampling is enabled. Should restore some compatibility with terrible laptop gfx cards that got lost with the introduction of MSAA.

c6ffcec991 First version of MSAA code added. No UI yet. No CSAA yet. Doesn't work in Zeldas and Metroids for unknown reason.
Automatic texture invalidation when using copy efb to ram (fixes weird flickery scanner in metroid 2).

dde7f0104c Dumping the efb_tex will not cause crash anymore, but the dumped image is always blank, so commented out since it causes lag anyways.

5ce9ffeab7 Projection fix, Projection 1 hack changed to ZTP Bloom hack. That bloom is a bugged because of something else, not because of the projection. The proj hacks happens to makes it show.

3abe591195 Fixed a small bug with the overlaid framerate: If the float fps in the infobar is 60.00, the overlay shows 60. If it is something like 60.04, it shows 61. If it is something like 59.13, it shows 60.
Also deleted Externals/wxWidgets/lib/vc_lib/msw/wx/msw/rcdefs.h, it must have been versioned at some point by accident, causing issue 706.

17814912e5 Some cleanup, projection hacks remove, the projections might be correct now. ZTP Bloom works and MP1 Heat Visor works, I tested many games, and good results. Please test more and report back. Also added in fix for Issue 677.

e004800e68 An alert is displayed once per run if pixel shaders or vertex shaders fail to compile. Resources are cleaned up if shader compilation fails. Tev coords are zeroed in the pixel shader if there are no tex gens.

1a2a320652 Increased render target size to the true EFB height of 528.
This changes fixes the bloom effect in Beyond Good and Evil.
It also makes the AutoScale feature almost mandatory since it looks silly without :)

4bcb9b5834 Emulated Wiimote IR pointer: Made it compatible with the new aspect ratio options in the OpenGL plugin. It will now load the same settings that the OpenGL plugin use. So if you change the settings there, you'll have to open the Wiimote configuration window so that the new settings are loaded for it to.

5ddb28a370 OpenGL Keep Aspect Ratio: Removed the remains of old pictures that are sometimes shown in the bottom black border, if you use this option. So now both the upper and lower border is black.

fc6a7c47d5 Core Stop and Start: Fixed stop and start again by avoiding FreeLibrary() of the OpenGL plugin, and avoiding a crash in its ShutDown() function. You need to use SETUP_FREE_PLUGIN_ON_BOOT to compile with this option that works on my system. Also, I noticed that I don't need the SETUP_AVOID_CHILD_WINDOW_RENDERING_HANG anymore, I can now delete the g_EmuThread without having it hanging in its waiting function.

6cd34b318f The Mega Change Of Doom - or, fixing Stop. Almost. At least it's better than before. However, the OpenGL plugin seems to lose textures a lot between game restarts :P I think the GL plugin needs to do a lot more cleanup.
This change also includes tons of minor code formatting cleanup. Yeah, should've separated it ... sorry :(

Kills the old CPUCompare support. I'll resurrect it if I need it again, right now it mostly clutters the code.

af461eeb1e OpenGL: Enabled the Keep 4:3 Aspect Ratio option together with the new XFB supplement. I also noticed that there is a problem with the new changes halfway into the menus in Wii Sports (where the graphics almost disappears). I'll try to find what is causing that.

cfcfef9b51 OpenGL:
1. Removed the custom screen size functions again (the ones I added in revision 2310). All games I tried are now full screen so it's probably not needed any more.

2. Disabled my XFB supplements when the real XFB is on, since they are supposed to supplement each other.

5746ed490c OpenGL: Trying a new function to fix glScissor() and glViewport() when bpmem.copyTexSrcWH is not 640x480. It's only enabled with g_Config.bStretchToFit and without g_Config.bKeepAR to test how it works. Hopefully I have not broken all other modes.

f5f99e8f04 clip space coordinates are now available in fragment shader because depth needs to be computed there instead of the vertex shader. computing it in the vertex shader causes incorrect results sometimes. worked on z textures but 8 bit z texture still is not correct because it breaks SSBM. RE0 now looks ok.

1. Fixed the dual mode. You should now be able to change between the real and emulated Wiimote at any time, even when the Nunchuck is connected. It also supports third party Wireless Nunchucks that never sends any calibration values. The Nunchuck status should be automatically updated. The Nunchuck stick may get stuck, but that should fix itself if you disconnect and reconnect again. The only important problems seems to be that the real Wiimote fails to answer sometimes so that the Core functions disconnect it.

2. Began looking at how to reconnect the Wiimote after an unwanted HCI disconnect command

90c9810b85 Use glMultiDrawArrays instead of glDrawArrays, which significantly
reduces the number of OpenGL calls for large sets of triangle strips; 
this is something like a 10% perf improvement in the case I'm looking 
at.

cd658ac755 More WIP OGL EventHandler work by shuffle2 and myself. Wiimote isn't implemented yet and OGL window is too small (should take window borders into account when creating window).
Not committing VideoOGL.vcproj so that project compiles with old OGL video window. In order to test just replace main.cpp/GLUtil.cpp/GLUtil.h with nmain.cpp/nGLUtil.cpp/nGLUtil.h in the project.

1e7655b5db 1) XFB in DC proposal. This impact video plugin interface. WARNING: XFB_Draw is not CPU->VI dependent anymore. It's up to GP now. Except for some 2D homebrews which never use GPfifo&CP but direcly XFB. Well, in other words: emulated VSync is uncorrelated with CPU timings now. Tell me if it's too much hacky.
2) DC/GPfifo work: GP quicker to react. PeekMessages at a more steady rate.
3) Fix XFB address to avoid crash like with Animal Crossing gc. TODO: VI regs need proper typedef and logic.
4) Few misc. changes on the fly.
