Allow top-level GitHub repo URLs as examples (#11691) 
* Support top-level GitHub repo URLs

Adds support for top-level GitHub repo URLs, e.g.
https://github.com/username/my-cool-next-example.

This is already possible, but you have to enter "/tree/master" (or the
desired branch name) after the repo URL.

The change itself simply expands that URL to
https://github.com/username/cool-next-example/tree/$DEFAULT_BRANCH_NAME
where DEFAULT_BRANCH_NAME is the default branch configured for the repo
in GitHub.

Any elements must be direct children of next/head (#11557) 
It is any elements and not only meta or title because the children of next/head are generated in here: 8c899ee5e4/packages/next/next-server/lib/head.tsx (L139)
where React.cloneElement is called without the third parameter which is needed to clone the children as well (https://reactjs.org/docs/react-api.html#cloneelement).

A little bit of maintenance on the ReasonML examples (#11662) 
* Add babel-types package

`next dev` was failing with:

```
Error: Cannot find module 'babel-types'
```

* Upgrade to the latest bs-platform

Also add the `babel-types` package to stop the `next dev` command from complaining.

* Remove extraneous babel-plugin-bucklescript dependency.

Seems the dependency has been deprecated, and it doesn't seem to be required
anyways.
