Techjar	ac9b246809	Core/UICommon: Fix EnableScreenSaver preprocessor directive ... The include for X11Utils.h (and by extension Xlib.h) is gated behind HAVE_XRANDR, as well as the declaration for this function, but its definition was mistakenly gated behind HAVE_X11. Pierre Bourdon	143131a6a1	cmake: add an option to control dependencies vendoring ... Disable by default, to be used by distributions who care to try and prefer system-wide libraries when available.
